Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as when you received it
  • Accompanied by all original tags
  • In its original packaging
  • Supported by a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Initiate a Return

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Please note that items returned without a prior request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Please note that sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, please place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. The item must be in the same condition as received – unused and in its original packaging – and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

After we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that additional time may be required for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have elapsed since your refund was approved, please contact us at sales@everetttiles.co.uk.
